Makin’ It Grain | Dominion City Brewing Company

For the past three years, the Dominion City Brewing Company has partnered with some of Ottawa’s best chefs, bakers, artists, and growers to host Makin’ It Grain – an event that raises money for FarmWorks, a project of Operation Come Home. FarmWorks is a certified organic vegetable farm in Ottawa that employs at-risk youth in paying positions to build skills and confidence through work experience. Dominion City Brewing Company is an Ottawa craft brewery that makes really delicious beers and is committed to supporting the local community. This years culinary lineup included Prime Minister Justin’s Trudeau’s personal chef Katie Ardington, The Albion Rooms executive chef Jesse Brett Bell, Andaz Ottawa executive chef Stephen La Salle, Holland’s Cake and Shake pastry chef Holly Laham, and Dominion CItys head brewer Scott Denyer.
